DanceFit classes are a fantastic way to bring people together, have fun and keep fit through dance. Molly divides her DanceFit lessons into two sections; the first section focusing on cardio, strengthening and full body toning and the second section focusing on keeping fit through learning a fun dance routine of all different styles. Anyone of any age can come along and keep fit through dance no matter what their previous experience or ability may be; Molly can cater her exercises, drills and routines to each individual to make sure that they are working within their capabilities. The DanceFit classes will incorporate a different genre of dance such as Ballroom & Latin, Showgirl, Disco, Tap and many more.
Within Ballroom & Latin Molly can teach basic dance technique which is fantastic for cardio, toning and definition. Dance styles such as the Jive, Samba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Quickstep and the Paso Doble will be included.
Molly wanted to set up a DanceFit class for those who are looking for a dance class which is fun, free and different. Each week aims to be different from learning fitness routines to busting out a powerful circuit, and Molly will also incorporate the use of fitness equipment such as weights and resistance bands to boost the effectiveness of working out.
